Hancock Park classic, where he lives with his wife and three
children. Ian came to Surety Financial from Continental Savings,
where he served as a Senior Vice President.

Rob Himmelstern is Surety's Chief Executive Officer. A San
Fernando Valley native with 15 years in the loan business, Rob
lives in Calabasas with his wife and three children.

Keith Jacobs is our Chief Financial Officer. A former
Federal Savings Bank Loan Officer, Keith lives in Calabasas with
his wife and two children. Keith personally generates over
$100,000,000 in residential loans every year. |

Larry Rappoport is Surety's Chief Operating Officer. Larry
has been in real estate finance for over 14 years and brings a
wealth of experience to his role leading Surety's operations and
growth.

Kathy Barkus, a loan officer since February 2000, is a West
Hills resident who strives to build life-long relationships with
her clients. A former business owner, Kathy says there's not a
loan request she can't close. |

Michael Miller
